Anila’s cookery demo in Cobham

Anila was invited to join Marcia Poole for a cookery demonstration at the AGA shop in Cobham which was attended by around 30 people. The theme was on how to use spices and a range of dishes were produced from poached mango with ginger, saffron bread, thai mushrooms and aduki beans made in a Spicy Korma curry sauce to name a few of array of dishes. Anila’s herbs and spices are also sold alongside the curry sauces, chutneys and pickles at farmers markets and show.
