Anila’s Launches three tasty new products - £
Anila at the Natural and Organic Products Show 09
Anila’s Authentic Sauces launched 3 new products to their range of curry sauces, chutneys and pickles at the Natural & Organics Products Europe 2009 at Olympia on 5-6 April. The Sweet Mango Pickle, Shredded Mango Chutney and the Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce were well received together with the range of 8 curry sauces and 13 chutneys and pickles. The range with the enhanced packaging now includes the
Vegan logo. There was a fantastic response from the health food stores for their premium curry sauces which are all free from sugar, dairy, gluten and onion and garlic and their full range of accompaniments of chutneys pickles and dips uniquely made with single fruits and vegetables to conserve freshness, giving a natural authentic experience … delicious with various types of dishes and cheeses to create perfect harmony between taste and sensation.

Anila’s at IFE’09 - £
Anila’s Authentic Sauces had a good response to their range of curry sauces, chutneys and pickles at the IFE ‘09 show held at Excel in March. Anila’s are now looking to export to Spain and France with their range of premium curry sauces.

Anila’s Cookery Classes - £
Anila’s first cookery class on 11th March was greatly appreciated by two aspiring enthusiasts. Both Vincent and Clive enjoyed the day tremendously especially afterwards when they tucked into a feast of around 12 delicious varieties of food eaten from stainless steel little dishes set on a thali.
“I really enjoyed the cookery class. It was very interesting to learn about Indian cooking from an expert. It was also a great way to spend a day off work” said Vince.

This special but very popular chutney in India is made with aromatic raw mangoes called Rajapuri Mangoes, shredded to look like marmalade and infused with spices and a hint of chilli to give a slightly hot kick at the end.
