The show was a great success for Anila’s Authentic Sauces who exhibited for the second time. There were buyers from farm shops and delis as well as health food stores. We have already received orders and are confident that they will be widely available in many more health stores and independent speciality food shops in the country. We have had great interest from distributors in Europe from Iceland to Lithuania. People were amazed at the freshness and taste of the curry sauces and especially of the taste of the fresh fruits in our chutneys and pickles.
‘Anila’s Goan Green Curry Sauce tastes amazing, as good if not better than much of the food I ate whilst traveling in India a few years ago. As a vegan it’s also nice not to have to check every ingredient or to worry about milk or ghee being in the curry paste. I often use it for dinner parties with friends and they love it too. Delicious!’ Emma, Godalming

I brought away some of Anila’s curry sauces from the Outdoors Show at the NEC. When my two teenage daughters suddenly presented me with an extra two teenagers to feed the following teatime, I decided to whip up a curry using the Goan green curry sauce. I added some green beans, potato chunks and paneer, and it was a huge success. There wasn’t a single thing left on any plate, and the girls all said how wonderful it was! Thank you…I am fully expecting to be invaded by further teenagers in the future once they get to hear about how tasty your sauces are! Good job I came away with a few jars!
