Amazing - April 19, 2010

‘Anila’s Goan Green Curry Sauce tastes amazing, as good if not better than much of the food I ate whilst traveling in India a few years ago. As a vegan it’s also nice not to have to check every ingredient or to worry about milk or ghee being in the curry paste. I often use it for dinner parties with friends and they love it too. I brought away some of Anila’s curry sauces from the Outdoors Show at the NEC. When my two teenage daughters suddenly presented me with an extra two teenagers to feed the following teatime, I decided to whip up a curry using the Goan green curry sauce. was in john lewis’s waitrose dept on oxford st last week in the meat dept..whilst the butcher was weighing out the meat i noticed your sauces and chutneys..i bought a number of jars and last night opened the sweet mango chutney to have with a chicken curry..i have to say it was the best one i have ever had and wanted to let you know how pleased i was and shall be buying your products again..as it was for sale in waitrose i had assumed it would be good but it exceeded all my expectations..keep up the good work. I have tried many curry sauces in the past but they all have that ‘unauthentic’ taste which you know is out of a bottle or can.
