Had a wonderful time with Richard and Caroline on Wednesday cooking up a feast in my Vegetarian Indian Thali Cookery Class.  Richard enjoyed making the pakoras and Caroline loved the daal and curries.  Their chapatties were great too for their first attempt.  Well done.
