In October Michelle who loves cooking with Anila’s Curry sauces over many years, spent half a day with Anila cooking up tasty curries, daal, beans, vegetable curry, chapatties and raita. Michelle enjoyed the one to one session and is now cooking some delicious dishes too.

Later Michelle said
“I’ve made a few curries since we met and my chapatis have been lovely and soft.

I’ve also taken your suggestions on board and made my own ghee and I freshly grate my ginger. I also freeze my extra chapatis and it’s so easy to defrost them in the week.

I’ve attached a couple of photos for you so you can see how I’m getting on. The first is the green beans with coconut and yoghurt and the second is your basic curry sauce with lava beans, chickpeas and boiled egg (and a little chicken).”Taster Michelle (3)
