Dhansak Korma Curry Sauce (formerly Mild Korma) FODMAP friendly
A mild to medium Sauce with a fusion of a Dhansak and a Korma flavour, made with coconut and chickpeas giving a nutty flavour and a creamy texture, mildly spiced with a hint of tangy tamarind. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with part water to create curries in minutes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively add extra vegetables such as a potato, peppers or chopped tomato. Ideal for all types of curries .A mild to medium sauce which is mildly spiced and made with chickpeas and creamy coconut with a hint of tamarind to give a nutty and creamy flavour.
