Hot Methi Curry Sauce
This sauce is made using fenugreek leaves giving a distinct smooth flavour with a bite. Use to make delicious curries for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively a chopped onion and / or chopped tomato can also be added when cooking the curry.
