Indian Vegetarian Thali Cookery Class

The Indian Vegetarian Thali Cookery Classes are from 9.00am – 3pm where you will learn a range of dishes, including starters, main courses and desserts (at least 8 dishes) plus accompaniments served on a thali (stainless steel tray). This session includes a free surprise gift.

Payment can be made on-line but remember to choose cookery class under shipping where no postage will be added. Alternatively you may pay by cheque. Once booked please contact Anila on 07828 311950 to confirm a suitable date for your class.

Anila’s classes are hands on with a step by step guide from preparation to the finished dish. They include all ingredients, utensils, aprons, recipes and information on the uses of herbs and spices. Refreshment to include Indian Chai, lunch of the delicious meals you will have created plus some to take home too.
