Spicy Hot Curry Sauce
A hot curry sauce like a Vindaloo, made with tomatoes, green peppers, chillies, spices and some ground almonds to give a distinct hot sauce with an after kick. Use to make any hot curries using meat or vegetables. The sauces can be easily adapted to make milder or creamier curries with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively a chopped onion and / or chopped tomato can also be added when cooking the curry.
