Various Taster Sessions of Indian Cooking
There are 6 sessions in the full course – a total of £300. Each session is 3 hours long and includes either Gujarati, Punjabi and South Indian style dishes. Lesson 6 includes a visit to an Asian store to purchase ingredients and spices before cooking a meal of your choice. Any number of sessions can be booked, one at a time or all 6 at once. When all 6 lessons are booked and paid for together you will receive a special gift worth £30.

Anila’s classes are hands on with a step by step guide from preparation to the finished dish. They are tailored to suit anyone with food intolerances. They include all ingredients, utensils, aprons, recipes and information on the uses of herbs and spices with very useful time saving culinary tips. Refreshment to include Indian Chai, lunch of the delicious meals you will have created plus some to take home too. Recipes will be provided. Just need to bring some containers for this. A great experience day to enjoy with family members or friends. A lovely gift idea too.
